These are the first quilt blocks for the Sew. Happy. Quilt. QAL and my first real quilt blocks ever! I still have some precision issues, but I do see improvement (compared to my stocking project). I think my main problem is I get so excited to see the finished product my accuracy takes a dive! I had a lot of fun doing these blocks, especially the snowball block. I can't wait until the next tutorial!

Glad to see you in this QAL....your first two blocks look great. I used to dislike orange until I started participating in quilt bees...seen some amazing color combos including orange...now I love it!
